[xubuntu-users] Alt+Fn switches to tty console?!

Another PC now has the same bug, AFTER an "apt-get upgrade"!

The following packages will be upgraded:
  console-setup console-setup-linux desktop-file-utils dirmngr file firefox
  firefox-locale-en flashplugin-installer gnupg gnupg-agent gnupg2 gpgv
  imagemagick imagemagick-6.q16 imagemagick-common keyboard-configuration
  libmagic1 libmagickcore-6.q16-2 libmagickcore-6.q16-2-extra
  libmagickwand-6.q16-2 libperl5.22 linux-generic linux-headers-generic
  linux-image-generic linux-libc-dev linux-tools-common perl perl-base
  perl-doc perl-modules-5.22 python-magic wireless-regdb

One of these updates is buggy!
