[xubuntu-users] xubuntu 19.04, laptop display won't turn back on

I have seen this issue in the past and my setup is on an Thinkpad as
well. Are you set to lock your display along with turning it off? Look
in the security tab of the Power Management section.

We may need to hear about most of your display/power management/screen
lock settings to get a full picture.
