[xubuntu-users] pulseaudio regressions?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone else has run into issues recently trying to
record on Xubuntu 19.04. This evening I recorded a video in OBS and
the audio stuttered quite a bit. At first I thought it might be the
audio cable from my mixer to the mic port, so I chose the web cam as
the mic source and experienced the same stuttering audio. Next I
thought it might just be OBS, so I opened Audacity and tried both
sources - there doesn't seem to be an issue there.

My system should be more than fine for recording audio A8-5600K w/
16GB RAM, 500GB Samsung 860 SSD and I've recorded videos in OBS before
with stutterless audio.

I don't switch to my Windows 10 partition much (except to play Diablo
III), but I gave OBS a shot there and didn't experience any stuttering
from either source, so I'm thinking the issue might be an update I
applied recently.
