[xubuntu-users] LTS 20.04, Setting screen lock configuration.

Gerald I've never used xset before so I'm not sure if
sudo xset on
sudo xset +dpms
would help, but I normally enable/disable user screen saver behaviour
in Xubuntu (on an individual basis) by clicking the whisker icon and
typing in screensaver, clicking the screensaver icon, then clicking on
the "Activate screensaver when the computer is idle" slider.
