[xubuntu-users] LTS 20.04, Setting screen lock configuration.

You were partly right, originally I used xset to prevent it to lock, did 
many times, but this time it wouldn't revert to the original behaviour 
when I logged in again.  But it seems OK now, after using xset again, 
with "s on" and "+dpms" but as sudo this time.
