[xubuntu-users] how to share my screen

I want to share my screen but can't see how to do it.
Could anyone advise for my setup?

Xubuntu on Ubuntu 18.0.4

I've installed vino but there is still no Sharing option showing in the 
settings menu.
Plus, there's no vino-preferences

HP-ProBook-450-G2:~$ vino-preferences
vino-preferences: command not found
