[xubuntu-users] Software option missing in my new Xubuntu

Dear Xubuntu Community Users,

I installed Xubuntu on my old Intel based Dell Laptop today.
After installing a few items including google chrome, P3X OneNote,
Microsoft fonts, etc, Software disappeared from Settings.
Typing Software in the search box only showed Software & Updates,
Software Updater, but not Software. I need to install more programs
but I need Software for that.
The computer seems to boot without error messages.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
