[xubuntu-users] Question about LIbreoffice 7.5.3 on Xubuntu 23.04

Good day,

appreciate an opinion on the following:

recently I migrated to Xubuntu 23.04 Kernel 6.3.4-060304-generic

It came with Libre Office 7.5.3

I have a spreadsheet of about 3MB in size.

When applying "calculate" and / or "hard calculate", after about 1 
minute the spreadsheet  flashes a message "Libre Office is is not 
responding". Force Quit stops that. Or, go to Systems Monitor and end 
"soffice".

Recommendations found on the Web such as "disable JRE" and "disable 
antialiasing" give no result.

The  problem  does not exist on spreadsheets of small size.
