  * Upload to unstable. Closes: #830146.
  * Add a description for patch additional_lib_links.patch.
  * Drop the duplicate libcurl-dev, add the real package option
    libcurl4-gnutls-dev as hinted by lintian.
  * Reduce flightgear-phi to a recommendation.
