  * stress-rtc: handle return code correctly and -EINTR (LP: #1630649)
  * stress-oom-pipe: fix pipe fd offset bug (LP: #1630647)
    - fixes writes to fd 0 on ppc64el and not all fd's are being
      set with fcntl() as expected.
  * add padding around rtc_tm to workaround an ioctl bug (LP: #1630646)
