      - Created to install the files engine-interface.txt and toga2.ini.

      - Created to replace overrides the rules file.
  * debian/Makefile:
      - Removed. Useless for this package.
  * debian/rules:
      - Export variables to hardening.
      - Removed option "--quilt" of debhelper.
  * debian/rules.before_quilt:
      - Removed. Useless for this package.
  * debian/toga2.ini:
      - Converted from DOS to Unix text file format.
  * debian/watch:
      - Added a fake site to explain about the current status of the original
        upstream homepage.
