  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - add runit-upstart pacakage
    - debian/runit-upstart.postinst: Start the runit supervisor after install.
    - debian/runit-upstart.prerm: Stop the runit supervisor before removing.
    - add hardening-wrapper build dependency, to avoid a build failure
    - Disable runit-systemv, the sysvinit-core runtime dependency
      is not satisfiable on yakkety
