dpdk (16.07.2-0ubuntu3) zesty; urgency=medium

  * temporarily disable autotests in dep8
    - we knew they will fail, but wanted to collect an assortment of flaky
      tests in the build logs.
    - unfortunately it seems that in the current mode they are failing fatally
      (which they should not), so disable them for now - to be revisited in
      the DPDK 16.11 merge.
