xmlrpc-c (1.33.14-5) experimental; urgency=medium

  * QA upload.
  * Drop README.source, how a quilt package is handled is common knowledge now.
  * Drop the lintian override, it's a pendantic tag, I also doubt it's a FPO.
  * Add a udeb for libxmlrpc-core-c3.
    Change imported from Ubuntu.  See  LP: #831496 for the origin.
  * Move XmlRpcCpp.h from libxmlrpc-core-c3-dev to libxmlrpc-c++8-dev, as it's
    c++ stuff.  Closes: #644161
