  * debian/control: Update oauth2/google dependency.
  * Add Documentation/.
  * Add missing test files, do not exclude tests, run manually
    grpc/test.
  * Do not install sample executables.
  * New upstream release. Increase required version of goprotobuf.
  * Patch tests that access the network.
