Starting Bazaar Explorer

I'm building special installer for Windows which can creates 3 shortcuts for launching Bazaar Explorer:

1) in Start -> Programs -> Bazaar
2) on Desktop
3) in Quick Launch menu.

Of course user can refuse to create any shortcut.
Of course user can install explorer from sources or just branching lp:bzr-explorer and therefore
won't have luxury to be asked about shortcut (although user can install latest explorer version and
then "update" it from lp trunk).
Of course user can create shortcut manually (if he knows magic command line :-)

PS: of course I'm ignorant about launching Bazaar Explorer on non-Windows platform ;-)
