Simplifying the Downloads page

Another thought (or emphasis) on this:

Under "downloads" I think people are more interested in finding the
latest available build for their platform, than in seeing the latest
release and then not finding the build they want.

The current wiki table download page does this very well (ugly though
it is in other ways), and the new Launchpad page is a step away from
it.

I think the upshot is just: the Downloads page shouldn't talk too much
about which version you're going to get until we've determined which
platform you're on.
