Default custom editors for each platform in Bazaar Explorer 0.9.0

I actually prefer the current behaviour where Open will open source
files in an IDE and Edit opens them in my text editor. It can be easier
and a lot quicker to just use a text editor to make a one line change
rather than waiting several minutes for an IDE to run and the current
version of BE makes this easy to do. Could we get a setting that allows
the user to select the current behaviour or the proposed new behaviour?
