What's Canonical thinking about Bazaar?

This is easy to debunk. 4 years ago Mark Shuttleworth talked about why
he was investing in bzr: The belief that it would have a positive
effect on Ubuntu's development. [1] So while the micro stratagies have
changed, the macro stratagy has not.
