Patch Pilot report

I see Vincent updated <http://wiki.bazaar.canonical.com/PatchPilot> to
make himself pilot again this week, which is nice.  This is almost,
but not quite, clever enough to get out of sending a brief report on
how last week went. ;-)

More seriously I think talking about what's happening will keep up
aware of the fact we are actually doing this.

I'll say that the list does seem to be growing again, despite some
attention last week.  I might try to finish some of the older patches
this week and then we can track the oldest-in-queue.

Last week we saw a fair amount of emacs-related attention, which gave
the chance for mentoring some changes, and there may be some more.

I'll also mention

which gives branches not currently under review but in a sense
representing unrealized work.
