I noticed this during a dist-upgrade yesterday (all the gst plugin postinst and
postrm scripts call gst-compprep-0.8).  I can kill dpkg or apt-get but
gst-compprep itself refuses to die with any signal (at least from HUP, KILL, SEGV).

I only have this problem on one of two systems running Dapper.
