thanks for your bug. Getting a backtrace would be nice. You can get it with:
-gdb evolution
(gdb) handle SIG33 pass nostop noprint
(gdb) b gdk_x_error
(gdb) r --sync
... crash
(gdb) bt
(gdb) thread apply all bt
