[Bug 37999] svg icons aren't properly resized

Description:
I think a screenshot says it all =) I think this happens because the
theme I'm using (Yasis) is missing a 24x24 version for those icons
representing evolution's tasks... shouldn't the svg icon be resized to a
reasonable size instead? i don't know perhaps this is the way it's
supposed to work... regards, andre
