[Bug 39428] [Dapper] Applications can't be added in nautilus open with dialog for directories

Description:
This bug is for dapper in a fresh update.

Just open your home and right-clic on a directory. Go on properties and
try to add an application on Open with... tab (beep media player for
instance). This one is not added.
