[Bug 40160] contact lookup applet 0.13

Description:
1. add the applet
2. writting a name in the applet 
3. error message occours:

Fehler beim Zugriff auf das Adressbuch
Die durchsuchbare Ansicht konnte nicht erstellt werden.
in englich:
Error while access the addressbook
The searchable view could not be created.

but somtimes not often it show me a addressbook entry...

and after often writing a name in the contect lookup applet this message
occours:

Fehler beim Zugriff auf das Adressbuch
Das Adressbuch ist nicht aktiviert.
in english:
Error while access the addressbook
The addressbook is not activated.

In evolution all works fine. I am using the actual dapper.
