[Bug 38416] "System->Log out" forgets to lock the screen when sleep or hibernate is called

Description:
Hello! I found that if I do a hibernate or sleep from the 7-way door or
from system->logout, someone forgets to lock the screen! instead from
sleep and hibernate from gnome-power-manager are able to lock the
screen!
