I have to admit that after restart this issue described above is gone.

Propably the problem was with nautilus that was updated but I usually don't restart gnome-session after upgrade - and I also don't restart my machine (I usually restart X ~3-4 days - and machine only when I really have to).

I think that you can close this bug.
