[Bug 55603] We can normally send an empty file or an empty folder although a error cue in File Browser

Public bug reported:

1.open places->computer,chose a empty folder; 
2.click Edit->Send open "Send to"window,input a mail address,click Send; 
3.cue error but then click OK also can send the folder.
