[Bug 55594] Rotating Images couldn't be Completed for some format

Public bug reported:

1.Start Ubuntu Linux->Application->Graphics->gThumb Image Viewer; 
2.Open an image(.tga/ .jpg/ .tiff/ .jpeg/ .png/ .gif)->Tools->Rotate Images,Operation can't be achieved for the following format:.tga/.tiff/.gif.In the preview window, the image has been rotated, but the real image doesn't rotate.
