[Bug 32020] time tracked incorrectly after dragging seek bar

Description:
Sometimes, after dragging the seek bar to move around in a song, the
song will keep playing after the seek bar is at the far right and the
time counter is at the 'end of song' time. This problem happens about
20% of the time that I drag the seek bar around to ffwd through a song
(but stop before the end of the song).

My music collection is composed entirely of VBR mp3 files (LAME APS). I
suspect VBR may be the culprit here...
