[Bug 32020] time tracked incorrectly after dragging seek bar

Description changed to:
    Sometimes, after dragging the seek bar to move around in a song, the
    song will keep playing after the seek bar is at the far right and
    the time counter is at the 'end of song' time. This problem happens
    about 20% of the time that I drag the seek bar around to ffwd
    through a song (but stop before the end of the song). Less often (5%
    of the time), it will do the opposite; I will drag the seek bar to a
    position that is clearly before the end of the song, but when I
    release it Rhythmbox thinks the song is over and skips to the next
    one.

    My music collection is composed entirely of VBR mp3 files (LAME
    APS). I suspect VBR may be the culprit here...
