Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/30015
Affects: gnome-pilot (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Unconfirmed
Description:
It seems that for most user the /dev/pilot link that is used for PDAs
mostly gnome-pilot is never the right one.
Most people use this guide
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=77387&highlight=gnome-pilot
to get their PDA working correctly.
Either gnome-pilot needs a auto-detect wizard ala kpilot or maybe the
"default" symlinks aren't that good.
