is it very difficult to write a handler to these hotkey, considering
all these priorities?

for instance:
highest priority to the app which is playing in that moment,
hi priority to the selected window,
low priority to totem if it has something enqueued and it it had been
launched after rhythmbox

suggestions welcomed!
