I had the same and I resolved it that way : 
in  the volume control panel :
Edition > preferences   tic the "recorder" case
close, you've got, added to the "capture" tab, the "recorder" control panel. 
Allow recordering through allowing "microphone" AND the new "recordering" without forget to rise the "recordering" bouton to the max.
