[Bug 36644] Yellowed location bar makes address difficult to read with white-on-black themes

Description:
The background of the URL entry in epiphany turns yellow when viewing a
secure page.  When using a white-on-black GTK+ theme, this results in
white text on a light yellow background, which is very difficult to
read.
