[Bug 36872] [dapper] Disabled icon selection on launchers

Description:
Browsing for new png icons to launchers in panel (GNOME Panel 2.14.0) in
some home subdirectory, is not showing the png files as enabled to
select (into png file selection).

Typing png path goes right. I think may be the file selection list has
disabled each item...
