[Bug 42394] key problem in germans logout dialog

Description:
Hi!

i used to open the logout/shutdown dialog and shut-down the system by
pressing alt-s, since the s key was underlined only in the word
"Aus_schalten".

Since last update, also the word "_Schlafmodus" has the key s
underlined, therefore pressing the key alt-s does not work anymore. Only
the focus is toggled between the two buttons.

I suggest having these active-characters in the words so they are not
ambiguous:

Ab_melden
Benutzer _wechseln
_Bildschirm sperren
Schlaf_modus
_Ruhezustand
_Neustarten
Aus_schalten
_Abbrechen
