[Bug 43583] encoding in subject and from line

Description:
Binary package hint: evolution

subject and sender lines does not display "M=?ISO-8859-1?B?/A==?=nch" as
Münch (thats a german u with an umlaut - or two dots above it) .

i know that this is supposed to be because microsoft does not comply
with rfc - in this case the mailer is entourage.

but to the normal user it will appear as an evolution bug. and i think
we have to adapt.
