As you can see if you look closely at the screenshot, the button is not
greyed. The icon is simply to light.

This is then a bug from your icon theme (wich doesn't seem to be the
default Ubuntu one).

Thank you for reporting this but I'm afraid that you will have to report
the bug against your icon theme.
