[Bug 44715] [Dapper] Adder plugin doesn't work

Gstreamer reports the following:

gstplugin.c(410):gst_plugin_load_file: module_open failed:
/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstadder.so: undefined symbol:
gst_event_new_new_segment_full

this can be reproduced with:
gst-launch-0.10 --gst-debug=2 fakesrc ! adder ! fakesink

Also, just about any gstreamer applications show the same output with
debug level 2.
