It isn't a duplicate of bug #44339

I'm using usplash 0.2-4 and the problem is still there

The upper colour of 'Ubuntu' characters is clear. 
The progress bar also. The startup and shutdown messages are difficult readable. Why not use the same
colour as for example the colour of the progress bar for it ?
