Public bug reported:
When I open an FTP location for browsing (for example with Nautilus) I
can see that multiple connections are opened to the server and this may
cause the server to stop accepting connections if there is a connection
limit in place.
For example, the first time I browse a remote FTP location VFS opens a
connection. If I download a file, VFS opens a new connection to the
server and starts a PASV transfer (which opens a new connection). Next I
transfer a file and this results in having more connections opened,
including one for a new LIST command.
None of these connections ever get closed.
** Affects: gnome-vfs2 (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Unconfirmed
