[Bug 47710] Alacarte uses an Ubuntu-specific application icon

Public bug reported:

The currently used Alacarte menu/application icon is Ubuntu-branded.
This should be de-brandified and changed to a generic icon (along the
lines of System->Preferences->Menus & Tools).

Have an Ubuntu-specific icon increases the workload and reduces the
attractiveness of Ubuntu to derivatives.
