[Bug 85821] Feisty Herd4: Cancel button in gnome-screenshot app.

Hi,

1) Gnome-screenshot application could be slightly improved.

Took a screenshot.
I want to save the screenshot but the file already exists. I press the Cancel-button to cancel the action but the application terminates and I loose the shot.  It's not what the user expects.  Cancel should revert the previous action, not to quit the whole application.

2) Alacarte menu editor should have a menu, as described in GNOME's HIG.  
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/  Alacarte looks weird and menuless.
Eg. help-menu has normally many important options: Translate this app, Report a bug, About & Program version etc..

Drag & drop does not work in Alacarte. Drag & drop seems to move items
but nothing really happen.
