[Bug 88852] Desktop Background Preferences' button icons are missing

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

I'm certain that the "Add Wallpaper" button used to have a + icon, the
"Remove" button used to have a - icon, and the "Style" options each used
to have their own individual icons.
