[Bug 88852] Re: Desktop Background Preferences' button icons are missing

Thank you for your bug. That is a decision from the upstream maintainer
who things there is too many icons used all over the place which
clutters the interface. The change has been made for feisty. We might
want to distro patch the capplet to use icons again but the dialog was
somewhat nicer them, marking wishlist
