[Bug 93594] Starting ekiga twice produces an empty error dialog

Binary package hint: ekiga

When I have ekiga running, and I start it a second time, I get an empty
dialog box, with just a 'Warning' icon an an OK button.

imho, it should either contain text ('Ekiga is already running!') or not
show a dialog and bring the already running ekiga to the foreground.
