[Bug 93597] HAL doesn't recognize Tripp-Lite UPS as UPS

Attached Tripp Lite Omni VS1000 UPS, but g-p-m doesn't seem to be able
to tell when it goes off of AC. It seems that HAL doesn't recognize it
as a battery source.
