6.06 graphic installation is hanging

the ubiquity installer needs at least 256M to install, seems your system
doesnt have it (in fact that is one of the reasons why we still use the
install CD as default for edubuntu). the desktop CD installs a
workstation version of edubuntu, you have this as an install option on
the install CD as well.
