File Synch

Greetings,


I was wondering if anyone has done File Synch between two LANs either to keep file servers synched in two locations or for backups\DR? If so, how did you do it? Was it a simple rsync and a cron job or did you use another method? Any insight or suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
